We could not have been more pleased with Chris as our realtor. He listen to us and was able to understood what we were looking for. We are sure that his negotiating skills are what enabled us to purchase our home. If your looking for an experienced honest realtor Chris fits the bill. We also listed our Condo and with his help we received offers the first day. We found and closed on our new home. Listed and sold our condo all within 30 days. How often does that happen!! We highly recommend Chris as your realtor!!

Chris~ I knew personally as my previous boss. This man taught me how to work hard & to do my best work. For that I’ll forever be grateful for. Now, as he moved on to being a realtor: he is continuously on the ball! He had previously construction experience, he knows the market so well, knows how to get a deal & sell homes for great value fast. Of course, he is freaking fantastic with so much experience in the industry. He has worked with me through my creative home renovation requests for 203k loans projects to finding me the condo of my dreams in my budget and the best location, with everything i was looking for. He helped connect me to a loan officer who was also AMAZING. He is so knowledgeable, cares about everyone & is just the realtor you need to call!!! Five hundred stars if I could rate that!

My house was not your "cookie cutter" sale. Home needed TLC on the inside. Due to health issues, I wasn't able to keep up with it. Chris anticipates every step of the way. I have been in the mortgage business for 30 years and he is the best at what he does. He calls you before you call him, he gives you feedback on the showings and re-adjusts if needed, if he doesn't know the answer or if there are any issues (even if it title issue for example), he will research and figure it out and call you back. He gives you reminders of the next steps in the process. Chris is amazing!! Leslie B

Chris recently helped my boyfriend and I purchase a home. He made the process easy from beginning to end. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the process. Chris was always available to answer questions and walk us through each step clearly. Chris is extremely knowledgable and was an asset in the search and inspection process.
