Christine Curcio negotiated on my behalf to have many extras included with my newly constructed home, including some "discontinued" items that they were able to provide to me. I highly recommend someone with her talents and caring, along with her knowledge of the area. All around, wonderful experience!

Christine is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the housing market and what it takes to sell your home. She was my realtor for 2 transactions; a home sale and a home purchase. For some selling a home can be very stressful, Christine walked me through the whole process from staging my home, keeping me informed of the current market and how my house compared; to sitting at closing where she ensured I understood all the documents I was signing. My home purchase was just as easy, she is very dedicated to her clients. I was very lucky to have her experience and knowledge.

Christine was amazing. We were forced to sell our 2nd home after my husband became ill with a heart condition and was no longer able to work. The loss of his income and the financial burden was very difficult and Christine understood our position and the need to get our home sold quickly. She stayed on top of the ever changing market and kept us up to date on everything that was going on in the area. I had another Agent prior to her who did little to nothing to get the house sold and it was listed with him for 6 months. Christine got is sold within 2 months of us going with her and was able to get more than the listing price.

We have used Christine Curcio over the years for several real estate transactions, two lot purchases. A Rental property agreement. She is very professional and absolutely on top of everything. She negotiated the price on one of our lots and got us money off due to higher septic expenses. I whole heartedly trust her ability and would highly recommend her to anyone!
