Mia was incredible to work with in finding a condo for us in Savannah. We were moving to Savannah from out of state. Her market knowledge of the area was invaluable. Mia did an amazing job communicating the buying process in simply terms, as a first time home buyer, I was nervous and not fully aware of all the items that needed to be performed. She assisted with recommending serval different banks and mortgage brokers for the pre approval process. For 1-2 months we toured different properties that were for sale, wrote offers for serval different properties before I finally ended up buying the one I currently am in.

The entire Macintosh team is the definition of professionalism. Administration never dropped a beat. Tracie Tomlinson is a joy. This was my first home buying experience and we were randomly linked with Kristen through a showing we scheduled on Zillow. It was clear right away that she was someone we wanted to continue to work with. Kristen was extremely communicative, highly responsive, and made time for us on weekends and evening nights, even with short notice. She was super flexible and hooked us up with reliable, local lenders and inspectors. We really enjoyed getting to know her over the last few months and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Savannah area!
