Chelsey was amazing in helping my wife and I move to Mcalester from Texas. She was able to video the houses we could not come up to look at. Would highly recommend any Texans that are moving to Oklahoma to give her a call.

Excellent Real Estate Agent We are very impressed with Carol (Beth) Ham. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market. If she comes across something she isn’t quite familiar with, she will seek out the answer and/or ask the appropriate person. Carol (Beth) returns calls promptly and will follow up to give us the answer to our question(s). She has excellent communication skills and is fabulous about keeping you apprised of everything going on during the home buying process. She maintains deadlines and is quick to answer any question you may have about the process along the way. She maintains excellent communication between sellers’ agent, lender and title company and kept every step of the way in line with the time lines and follow through required. We were totally amazed that Carol has only been in the real estate profession since November 2021! She comes across as a very skilled, seasoned, informed and dedicated agent. We would highly recommend Carol (Beth) Ham to our friends, family and/or anyone seeking to purchase or sell a home. We look forward to doing business with her in the future should we ever be in the market again for a home to purchase or sell.

On a weekend drive to Eufaula to look at property we decided to stop in unscheduled. Casey was in the office working and didn’t hesitate to drop what he was doing, introduce himself and discuss some options we were looking for. Within 15 mins we had a few listings that met our desires and we were on our way. We scheduled with Casey for a future weekend to narrow our search and visit those locations. Throughout the process Casey provided us refined listings of what we were actually looking for and not an overload of just random listings. He took the time to listen and understand our desires for our retirement property. We visited a few locations around the lake and once we had decided on a property Casey executed the purchase contract. We had an accepted contract within 24 hours of submitting. Throughout the process Casey was always there to assist and advise as needed. We are truly grateful to Casey in assisting us in finding our retirement property that will allow our Family to enjoy many years of great memories.
