Christian was fully confident he could sell our home and assist us in the purchase of a new one!! He EXCEEDED our expectations and stayed locked in for the entire process and communicated on a consistent basis! Christian is family now as far as we are concerned and we couldn’t imagine making another purchase or sell without him!!!!!! 10/10 highly recommend ?? .

Christian was a consummate professional. Informative, grounded and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. The man travels ridiculous miles, stays on point with paperwork and appointments, and there was literally nothing left undone, all in the name of customer satisfaction. His entire motive was to make sure that we were taken care of and he went beyond above and beyond if thats even possible to say to make sure we got everything out of our experience with our transactions. He was confident and backed all of it up too. .When we were unsure, he always made sure we were reassured. I literally had no reason to fret a single thing working with Christian. I have not encountered many people like him in corporate, or real estate, and hardly even church. I promise he seemed like our own angel because there was no want or regret, no questions left open, and we are completely satisfied. We sold our property and purchased another and All I can tell you are great things because that is my honest to God experience. He said he could sell my previous home, and after his pictures and listing, I was shocked that it was the home I was living in, the way he presented it. We held an open house about a week later and he had the place with offers and sold. He didn't have to really tell us, he showed us the type of worker and agent he is... TOP NOTCH! He took us through every single step, called us for any and every update, went through all of the paperwork with us on the phone, explained everything we didn't understand, drove in miles of traffic to show us our new potentials, allowed us time to make our decision, never rushed us or pressured us, and ushered us into our new home and life and was just as happy about it as we were. I was sad because i knew all of the business calls would eventually slow down and stop, but fortunately for us, we adopted him into the family and will never not keep him close by, whether he likes it or not... but he does : )

Chris was an amazing realtor. Went above and beyond to help us find a home. He sent us homes on a daily basis, would encourage us to see homes constantly, and kept us on top of the new rates. He was friendly and very professional! His communication though was his biggest asset. During escrow he walked us through all the steps, and handled every hurdle efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

I want to start by thanking Joe for helping me with my purchase and becoming a home owner. My coworker introduced me to Joe after he purchased a home using Joe. I had some ideas of what I wanted in a home and Joe was able to show me properties that matched. Never pushing me into the wrong home, but instead pointing out, hey remember you said you wanted xyz so don't settle. In this market it was tough and at times I wanted to give up. Joe kept sending me properties and when I was unavailable he even took my mom to open houses. Finally we found my home! We submitted a competitive offer and beat out the competition! The work was not over. Joe continued to stay by my side and even went on my behalf to meet with the owner and get codes and login type of info. I can't say enough great things about Joe, I definitely reccomend him if you want to have an agent represent you and advocate for what you want in a home.
