We had the pleasure of working with Chris to sell our house, we were retiring and wanted to relocate to a different area to be closer to our children, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We sought out Chris through a family friend and needed a realtor who really listened to our needs and fought for us. We have had several homes in the past that we sold, and our previous realtors did NOT give us the “Above & Beyond” feeling. Our experience with Chris has been outstanding. As first-time homebuyers, we had numerous questions, and Chris was incredibly patient, always making himself available to provide clear answers. Initially, we began our house search with a different agent, but communication issues led us to seek out someone new. That's when we found Chris. The difference was night and day. Chris made us feel as though he was at our service around the clock, ready to assist whenever we needed him. He adeptly guided us through several unique situations with professionalism and ease. Chris did a great job from beginning to end. He was definitely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Whenever I had a question I would fire off a text and get an immediate response. He got me every penny possible out of my house. His negotiating skills are bar none, and I should know because for the past 30 years I’ve negotiated thousands of deals and financing in the transportation industry. You would be hard pressed to find anyone more pleasurable to deal with especially with his skill set. If you done use Chris you are selling yourself short.
