His first rate knowledge, resourcefulness and uninterrupted energy make his negotiations run smoothly and on schedule. Chris is effective, efficient and friendly. He even gave me a tour of my new home town.

We chose Chris Piercy through a house that he had listed. We met him and immediately was drawn to his personality. Then his professionalism came through and we thought this agent is so unique from any other realtor we've ever had. Chris showed us many homes over 12 months and was so patient and honest regarding if each one was the right one for us. Some were exactly what we asked for in a house but wasn't the right fit for us and he never got impatient, he always moved forward for us. When we were out of state for six weeks he showed us homes via virtual tour, even though my husband told him he didnt think we could make an offer without actually being in the house, but Chris drove many towns away to do the tour anyway. My husband and I decided to sell our home in the spring before finding a house so we would be a better contender when making an offer in a very low inventory market. Chris marketed our house in spots all over the country! Our house had hundreds of views and saves, 20 showings and 7 offers in 3 days, in which he guided us to the best offer. From there he found us our dream home and negotiated for us, fought for us through snafus, and ultimately landed us right where we wanted to be. Chris is an amazing agent! He gave me great advice to make sure my offer was accepted and referred me to a mortgage company and attorney to get my closing done in record time!
