It was overall a good experience. She did good getting the price I wanted to pay for the house and I did find my forever home using her services. I do feel she didn’t research the properties that I looked at before we looked and even the home I wound up buying but she seemed pretty busy and is a really nice person.

Chris is fantastic! My process of buying my condo from start to finish was right at a month. Chris was willing to jump and run to help me find my perfect place and negotiated a contract that same day. She and Andy from Preferred Rate Mortgage made this experience so very enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Chris! We were first-time homebuyers and relocating from across the U.S. to Ohio so we had to house hunt remotely. She is incredibly responsive, will answer all your questions, and provide recommendations when you ask for them.
