Dustin did an outstanding job helping us to buy our house. He had good knowledge of the Lehigh Valley area, and finding houses aligned with what we needed. He made himself available all the time to attend our calls, messages and coordinated home visits. He referred us to banks and services providers that helped us to go through the process smoothly and continues to support us beyond his responsibility. Totally recomend him.

We met Dustin on a Sunday morning of 4th of July weekend. That fact alone spoke volumes to us. We looked at this house on a whim. We weren't even looking to buy. We told him this. He spent time with us that morning chatting with us about the house. When we decided that maybe we should be have us multiple names of reputable mortgage lenders in the area, suggesting that we speak with both. It took a few weeks for us to get our ducks in row. By early August we were moving quickly with Dustin helping us every single step of the way. He was always available. When he went on vacation he set us up with a colleague so that we could see houses. He was texting us the whole weekend! When we wanted to put an offer in he went to see it and advised us that it was not a good property. He pointed out things to us that we didn't know to look for. When we did find the home we wanted, he made suggestions that put us in the best position to get the house. We had settlement yesterday!! Every step of the way Dustin has provided insight, valuable advise and a never ending supply of hope when we started thinking we would never find the right home. I've had friends and family buy houses and they are always saying how stressful it is. We did not have that experience with Dustin. We highly recommend him!!

Adam was very well educated and so polite. Laid back and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable with him being a first time buyer. He even got me a showing same day. He also has a great education in this field and very knowledgeable.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was stressed, nervous, and admittedly not very knowledgeable about the process. From the very beginning, Krystal made everything so much easier. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and always took the time to explain things clearly. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart, especially when it came to negotiations, where her guidance and advocacy made a huge difference. Krystal was a tremendous help throughout the entire transaction, and I am so grateful to have had her on my side for such an important milestone. I decided to buy a house to move my ailing parents in with me. I found the perfect house on Zillow and was very quickly contacted by Adam. To say he was a joy to work with is an understatement. Adam was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I had. If he didnt know the answer he quickly found out and called me back. Buying a house can be stressful but Adam was there with me every step of the way. I started out with a realtor and ended up with a friend. I would Very much recommend Adam and the Lawlor team for any of your real estate needs!
