Cheryl was absolutely wonderful helping me find a permanent home for my son and his young family. She is personable, kind, and went above and beyond. I was 500 miles away , her honesty was so important in finding a great place. I would use her again and would reccomend her to anyone!!

We needed to sell our home due to a corporate relocation- we had only been in the home for 18 months and needed to sell fast as we were moving over 500 miles away. Cheryl was a great collaborator on the front- end when setting a strategy that met our needs- and after departure to our new location she represented us very step of the way from prep/listing-offer-due diligence-close. I was able to focus on my new role and finding a home at my new location worry-free- she had our house closed for the right price inside of 3 weeks from the listing date (not to mention an offer in a little less than 24 hours after going live.) Cheryl Chester is a confident and knowledgeable professional and an effective communicator. I highly recommend her and I am grateful for all that she managed after I had to clear out and start my new role so quickly in another city. Great person to work with!!

I contacted Cheryl because I had a home that I wanted sold. Immediately, she got all the necessary paperwork together, came over to look at the house, made pictures and put for sale sign in yard. She told me that she was listing the house on Monday morning. All I had to do was sit back and wait on the phone to ring or a text asking if I was available to talk. We had 6 offers on the house the first day. It was under contract the first day and she said we are closing in 14 days. Everything at closing was exactly like she told me. She even had a nice gift for us as a thank you for letting her list it. Wow,I can't say enough great things about this sweet lady. If you are looking to sale or buy, do yourself a favor and call her first. She will make it happen.
