Ryan Simmons was very helpful and professional. He is very knowledgeable and made sure everything was correct. He helped us find a house as well as did an outstanding job selling our present home! We would recommend both him and the entire Dillick team to anyone wanting to find a home and/or sell their present home. The pictures taken of the home we were selling were beautiful and Ryan contacted his team and we had so many showings and interested buyers! We cannot thank the Dillick Team enough!

I have worked with several realtors throughout the years, Christina Essner is by far the best. I will continue to use her and her team because they are knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at communication. They made a difficult purchase seamless and easy.

My husband and I are moving from out-of-state so, naturally, I looked to online reviews to choose the company I would contact for buying a house. The agent I had contacted was not available so when we got to our first house she had sent a colleague to show us the house. I believe deep in my soul that everything happens for a reason, not the the other agent isn't wonderful, but Sarah is the Agent we need/needed. I cannot say enough good things about her! She's young, so you may get the wrong impression about her - thinking she isn't "seasoned" enough. She's fantastic! She is professional. She looks at every house like she is going to be buying it with her own money. She looks in every nook and cranny, behind every door, at every crack! We appreciate her so much! She is kind, responsive, investigative, she listens to what you want and finds listings before they even hit the market! She guides you through the process smoothly. I could go on for hours, but we are super blessed to have Sarah of Team Dillick as our Agent. We are so thankful to have such an awesome Team with us on this journey. Think Team Dillick. Chelsea was referred to us by a family member who sang her praises!! Everything went thru without a hitch and she was on top of it at all times. We never went without knowing what was going on! Christina was extremely helpful guiding us through available homes, the local area, the purchasing process, and even post-purchase questions. She even went above and beyond by giving us a late night face time walk through of the house we ended up purchasing as we were not in the local area and did not have the time available to view it in person before placing a bid. Additionally, if a question was raised that she wasn't knowledgeable on she always made sure to get back to us with an answer or a contact of someone with the answer.
