Mikala was absolutely amazing. She helped us find a bunch of different houses that met our needs and wants, as well as staying within our budget. She genuinely cares about what we want and is willing to take as much time as we need to find the right house. She is also so good about making sure things get done when it comes to repairs and whatnot if you’re the one buying. She was also fantastic with our kids, my son has claimed her as his best friend lol I will forever recommend her to anyone that is looking for a realtor.

Even though I haven't bought (yet!), I've had an amazing experience with Mikala. She went above and beyond-patiently showing me multiple properties and walking me through the entire buying process from start to finish. Her knowledge of the real estate marker, the home buying process, and even the mortgage options were incredibly helpful and reassuring. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she always had my best interest in mind. I can't recommend her enough!

I’ve invested in many homes before and had many experiences from many Agents. Tara is the best! She was referred to me and not only negotiated an even better deal than expected, she stayed involved throughout the process, even questioned an appraisal that would have nixed the sale by offering the seasoned appraiser a list of updated rental incomes for our beachfront which saved the deal from a lending prospective! We are waiting to purchase another property soon that was brought to our attention by Tara! So if you want a driving force with high energy and knowledgeable in searching, negotiating and marketing for both listings and purchases, there is no one better than Tara Parker!

I can not say enough good things about this agent. I had family coming into town late on a weekend, and not only did she find us a last minute rental on the island, she catered to their needs regarding showing a few properties over the weekend. Tara was the BOMB! I've been trying to get my people from up north to move here for so so long and now they have finally committed! I can't say it was me. It was Tara's knowledge of the area, price points, she knew what they needed, what their comfort zone was and found the perfect home for them in SF that suits all of our needs and will remain in the family for years and years to come!
