Now that Charley has entered my life, she will never exit it. She is family. She took time to learn about my backstory and didn’t pressure me to sell. She wanted me to do what would be right for me. Once I gave her the green light to sell, everything was top notch from suggested staging (or lack of staging to show off my home’s true dimensions) to the For Sale sign in the front yard. Charley is a professional, who fights for her clients. I trusted her completely. There is a reason she is awarded time and again for her sales production. I just stepped aside and let her be my champion. She is a listener and a nurturer. One day I had a meltdown (as in the ugly cry that Oprah references often.) My state of mind had nothing to do with the sales process. It was that I never expected to be making so many life changes on my own. My breakdown was over the fact that my Boston Terrier decided to personally say goodbye to all the ladies in the neighborhood. He refused to get in the car. Charley had just checked on me and could sense the additional stress of this particular day. Shortly after fending the call with Charley, a fire truck arrived. In the pouring rain they caught my little Casanova dog and put him in the back seat. Then we drove away from my former house to begin our new lives. Thank you, Charley. I admire you. You gave me new hope. My new beginning. My friend forever.

We hired Charley and Shelly after interviewing several other realtors. They have a very friendly nature, and exhibit a real knowledge for the real estate business. They presented us with a property analysis on our first meeting, and was able to answer all of our initial questions. When it came to keeping us informed, they were great. Their close attention to every little detail, and patience, made the process run very smoothly, and in short period of time we were at the closing table. I am so glad that I met those very nice ladies. They helped us to find our dream house easily. We had some problems during processing but they negotiated with builder very well and bring us very good opportunity. If I decide to buy another house when definitely I will work with them again. I am looking for right house for myself since long time. That is why i met with a lot of real estate professionals and Sorrow is the best one between them until now. She is helpful, kind and she has very good knowledge. Probably i will go ahead and buy a nice house from her.

I was referred to Charley by a friend who worked with her recently. She was very responsive from day 1, she asked what I was looking for and found perfect matches for me. The moment I walked into the house I knew it was the one for me (the second house we looked at). Charley and Shelly were very helpful throughout the whole process, they held my hand through the whole process, which was great considering I had never purchased a home before. I felt very comfortable with them, and knowing I could reach out to her with any crazy questions I had and she would answer immediately was very comforting. They were an amazing team and I would refer them to anyone who asks. Charley became more than my agent as she walked me through a major milestone in my life. I greatly appreciate her.
