I just wanted to thank Charles and his team for helping through the home-selling process! I live in another state and needed a local realtor with my best interest in mind. This team was very pro-active in helping me sell my home and get the needed contractors in there to get it on the market and sold in no time at all. I have bought and sold many homes and have worked with many realtors, but I really appreciate everything Charles did for me. He guided me through the negotiation process and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you again Charles!

Charles was very good to work with, taking into account our lifestyle and personal needs, as well as our financial parameters, when helping us to find a condo on the southwest part of Colorado Springs. Upon closing on the property, Charles gifted us with a one-year homeowner's insurance plan for the new place and we were extremely glad we had it when the furnace gave out 6 months into our ownership. The coverage was good and the process was easy in getting the furnace replaced. As it turned out, Charles took care of us now only during the purchasing phase, but long after as well!

Charles D" Alessio from Synergy provided us with a realistic comparative analysis of what our homes value was. Our listing was promptly made and available on MLS and other major online websites. During the selling process Charles and his Synergy team (Great JOB Rhonda) kept us informed of every step. One helpful service was how the Synergy team assisted us in finding local contractors needed for in required inspections/repairs. The home selling process went smooth.

I worked with Charles on buying and selling the same home in Colorado Springs. His local area knowledge was crucial in my decision to buy in Briargate. Charles was fantastic! He is fair and a smart negotiator. I sold while living out of town and I could trust Charles to handle anything thrown our way. He was my property manager prior to that when renting it out. I would recommend Charles to anyone looking for a property manager or to sell their home.
