Cathy was a great all-around resource as we made the jump from Manhattan to Mamaroneck. She helped us better understand the real estate market, specific neighborhoods with the towns, school system options and local resources for a variety of pre-move needs. We appreciated her real estate expertise, as well as her ability to listen to our needs based on having a young child and dog. We would highly recommend working with Cathy!

We worked with Cathy over several years with rentals and, this year, buying a house. She is responsive, patient and helpful and her excellent understanding of both the market and the area was an invaluable resource. I really appreciated her honesty in pointing out both positive and negative issues when we saw properties that I would have overlooked. Cathy tells it like it is in a good way.
