We could not have asked for a better realtor than Cathleen. As first time home buyers she walked us through the entire process seamlessly and was very responsive with any questions we had. She provided us with great options for showings and in the end helped us close on our dream home. She is fantastic and has such a detailed eye that was very appreciative as well.

Cathleen was great to work with. She did a great job narrowing my search to houses in the style and area i was looking for. After the offer was accepted she was very helpful with connecting me with resources for lenders, inspectors, and contractors. She was helpful for informing me which issues were major and which were minor issues. I'd work with her again for my next real estate transaction.
