We knew that searching for a home on Kaua‘i would be challenging (which it was), but Catherine was there to successfully guide us through the journey to find our forever home. We initially chose her based on her experience and selling history, but once we met her for our first house showing, we knew we chose a gem; it was like working with a close friend. From the start, she made an effort to get to know us personally and learn what was most important to us in our housing search. Since we were moving from the mainland, she and her assistant Myiah, had prepared a list of properties that matched our criteria, and she was ready to hit the ground running when we arrived. We also had a specific type of house in mind, so she tailored her search criteria and would give us her professional opinion on the various houses/properties that became available. Her experience with the Kaua‘i housing market and the working history with the other realtors on the island was vital since she was able to collaborate and arrange showings in a timely manner. Catherine was very responsive by text/phone and made it seem like we were her only clients. During the offer/acceptance process, she was efficient and knowledgeable; she had the forms ready to sign quickly. If you are looking for a realtor, or on the fence and not sure, choose Catherine! Catherine is fantastic. Right from the get go she was very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions. Not only that, but she was able to provide contacts and recommendations for everything we needed throughout the escrow process and beyond. I honestly don't think we would have achieved our dream of owning a piece of Kauai if we were working with any other realtor.

We are so happy with our decision to choose Catherine as our real estate agent! She was honest, professional, and always available to ask any questions. We were purchasing a condo and we live out of state, and Catherine walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Catherine is a gem! She helped us navigate a sometimes confusing and intimidating process by carefully explaining our roles and what was needed. Whenever there were choices, she meticulously explained the options; but, she always left the decisions to us - there was never any pressure to do anything. She kept the process on track and worked tirelessly on our behalf. She is honest, trustworthy, and kind. We were confident she had our best interest in mind, all the time. Thanks Catherine!

From the moment we FaceTimed with Catherine I felt completely at ease with her and knee the whole buying process would be fine. She’s so easy to work with, thinks of every important detail, is very knowledgeable and works tirelessly the whole time. The whole process was so easy.
