When my husband’s good friend, who has lived in the islands all his life, recommended “SuperAgent” Kymry Perez, we had no idea what a gift he was bestowing! Kymry effortlessly guided us through the entire (and quite unique) home-buying process on Kauai--from the first exploration of a neighborhood to receiving the keys to the property. As first-time property buyers on the island, having her as our expert guide and confidant gave us the courage to make a big decision that we have never regretted. Not only is Kymry extremely knowledgeable about the business, but she is also tied into what is happening in every location. While keeping our expectations realistic about the challenges of buying on Kauai, she helped us find our own piece of paradise.

Kymry and team made all the difference in finding our dream home in Poipu, getting our contract into escrow, navigating the inspection and escrow process, closing our purchase and ensuring that warrantied repairs were made to windows identified in the escrow period. Kymry's expertise, local knowledge, empathy, incredible responsiveness and commitment was apparent from start to finish and even long after the closing. Kymry went above and beyond our previous experience with residential real estate agents, and continued to perform on our behalf well after closing as the warranty repair needed her help numerous times, and we also needed referrals and ideas as new residents and owners on the island. We can't imagine using anyone else for a Kauai real estate purchase or sale!

We were so happy that we chose to use Kymry. She is wonderfully professional, informed and skilled. She STAYED ON TOP of details with all the offers we dealt with, and clearly gave us options and advice which worked out in the end to close our sale. Thank you Kymry! The only sad was having to move off of Kauai at the end of the process!

I cannot even imagine a better realtor. My 1.7m condo sale was hanging in the balance as the current market was going down. The condo board was deeply interfering. Kymry will fight for you. She made it happen. She is always available, has a great memory for detail, writing and verbal skills are excellent and she was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't consider using any other realtor.
