I’ve worked with more realtors than the average person. And I’ll be honest, Carrie has put all of them to shame. Not only was she friendly, knowledgeable and extremely prompt in her responses. She welcomed me to the area like we were old friends, she laughed at all of my absolutely terrible jokes and showed genuine excitement and enthusiasm during our showings. She was honest, freely gives her opinion, and she’s connected to everyone you need for inspections, improvements and everything in between. Coming from Canada and buying in the US should have been an extremely stressful and confusing process. But I felt like I had the perfect support, not to mention someone who would follow up and ensure everyone else involved was doing their job in a timely and efficient manner. You can’t go wrong with Carrie, but apparently her husband is pretty good too, and if she likes him then I’m sure he would also be a good choice.

Great experience ! Carrie sold my house in 5 days! She is the best in her job! She responded to my text in a very timely manner. She kept me updated on the sale process. I was very lucky to find her. I totally recommend her to my friends, family and anyone looking for a honest agent!

Carrie did an outstanding job assisting my partner and I on our home purchasing process. Her expertise in the market made it so much easier to search within our requirements. She is friendly, patient, understanding, helpful, and the list goes on. She’s responsive and doesn’t pressure you in the wrong ways. Carrie was very involved in all the aspects of closing on time. She does it ALL for you. She’s the best human. Of course the best in the Central Valley. You can’t go wrong with either Haworth! Paul (her husband) is super amazing too! He helped through the process as well. The best realtors!! Will forever be our realtor.

Carrie presented herself at first meeting very professional, highly competent and presented her materials very well. She definitely did her homework on the market before our meeting, she asked great insightful questions and listened to our selling needs. We established a selling goal together with specific task and timely goals. She has a great support team but she always lead the way. She is honest, upfront and realistic about real estate sales. In short, she exceeded our expectations and connected a great buyer seller relationship. All parties benefited and met the transaction goals. I highly recommend Carrie and would utilize her services again.
