My sisters and I decided to list inherited land for sale by owner. We were in no rush to sell as, we had a specific sale price in mind. By chance we met Carolyn. We decided to make the process of selling easier and, we listed with Carolyn. She sold the land in a very quick amount of time and, we were very pleased with the amount of the sale.
