When my husband and I decided to look for a home in Westport, we contacted Carol who had a listing we were interested in. She responded quickly and in a short time we viewed the home. We purchased our home in May 2018 and our agent was Carol Minor. If you are looking for someone who has a wealth of knowledge of the South Beach area than we highly recommend Carol! I was looking for a house with property in a coastal town. I called the local Windermere office on a listing and was put in touch with Carol. While the property I initially looked at was not the right one for me, I met with Carol and told her my specific wants and needs in a home. The list was rather lengthy. But after a few months she found me the PERFECT home and got me a FABULOUS price. She stayed on top of the deal and kept me informed every step of the way. That was two years ago and I am still so excited with my new home. Carol is now my go-to person for my friends' and family's real estate needs! She is currently working with my sister to find Sis her own little slice of heaven!
