Candy Swick is a miracle worker, though she is far too humble to accept that compliment. The bottom line is that, thanks to her expertise and her team's skills, we received and accepted an offer *three business days* after our house went on the market - and we got the price we were looking for. And that was during what everyone is calling a buyer's market, with homes sitting out there for weeks and months even after dropping their asking price repeatedly. How did that happen? Part of it is an art. Candy toured our house when we were first preparing to sell. She told us what decorating changes and decluttering we needed to do, and what repairs and improvements we would need to make. She helped us find outstanding contractors to get the work done well and at a great price. When the preparations were complete, Candy returned and meticulously planned how to stage every room of the house, then brought in a professional photographer and marketer to shoot pictures and assemble a slide show and 3-D tour. They captured it beautifully and the online presentation was gorgeous. There's also a science, though: Candy prepared a market study of homes on the market, leveraged her long experience to find the truly comparable homes, and told us exactly what price range we should go with. And she was spot-on. Finally, Candy is also a calm, confident and trusted friend. She held our hands through the negotiation process, knew exactly how to respond to every request from the buyer, and helped us keep the faith in the home stretch. Candy Swick and her team -- especially Kerri and Lisa! -- took what seemed like an impossible task and made it a breeze.

Candy and her team of professionals supported us throughout the entire process of selling our condo. From the beginning, they helped us stage it beautifully, then her photographer took amazing photos that captured the spacious rooms. Brochures they created were extensive, and we had support throughout this very difficult housing market. Candy always had a positive attitude, which helped her persevere and sell our property.
