ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS WE MADE WHEN WE DECIDED TO SELL OUR HOME ON SIESTA KEY AND DOWNSIZE, WAS TO EMPLOY SAND SWICK AND HER STAFF, SHE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING BUT AT THE SAME TIME, REALISTIC IN PRICING IN ORDER TO MAKE A SALE. HER NEGOTIATING SKILLS WERE MOST IMPRESSIVE AND GOT US A QUICK SALE IN THE PRICE RANGE WE WERE MOT COMFORTABLE WITH. WE ALSO USED HER SERVICES TO SUCCESSFULLY PURCHASE A SMALLER HOME SINCE WE WANTED TO DOWNSIZE. SHE KNEW WHAT WE NEEDED AND FOUND IT !
