When an opportunity presented itself for us to purchase a new home and sell our existing home we immediately brought in Candice Beecher to get the job done! This has been the second time Candice has successfully led us through selling and buying our home and once again, she is perfection! Candice dives in with astounding attention to every detail to prepare you and your property for the current market trends. Once the offers start to come in her negotiation skills are outstanding and effective! At the same time as being the sellers we were closing another property as the buyers as well. Candice mastered all the nuances of both transactions with integrity, total knowledge of the processes and impeccable attention to details. Candice is a 10 in our book!

We met Candice almost two years ago at one of her open houses. We stayed in contact and had her come to our house for a market evaluation and a follow up several months later. She never pressured us and let us control the process. She provided expertise and advice when we called on her. By the time we were ready to sell the house, we knew she would be the best person for the job. She did not disappoint. Her analysis of both the local market and the broader market in general was perfect. When she laid out a plan for listing price, timing of open houses and working with buyers and their agents, we thought she may have been too optimistic. The end result was even better. The plan worked to perfection and we accepted an offer far exceeding our initial expectations. We recently closed on the property and Candice stayed locked in until the transaction was complete even though she had many other clients to deal with. Candice was extremely helpful for working with us to buy our first home. With her knowledge and connections she assisted us every step of the way from first showing to coordinating with the seller. I don't think we would have gotten the house we have without her.
