Cammie was absolutely incredibly to work with. She was super knowledgeable re: every listing with visited and always gave the best feedback that allowed us often to be selected as top bidders for counter rounds. Her enthusiasm kept us going, we always felt incredible well informed and knowledgeable and her communication is out of this world — so amazing!

We knew having the right person represent us to purchase our home in Santa Barbara was vital. The process, starting with making an offer, is a lot more complicated than people realize. So many pieces needed to come together, and Cammie was instrumental in all of them. From negotiating on price with the sellers agent, to quickly arranging multiple inspections, plus her consistent availability on the phone and at the home, Cammie really was invaluable to us. She really cares about us and genuinely wanted what we wanted. Buying our home was a lot more of an emotional experience than we expected, and it was great to have Cammie to share our concerns, listen to her advice and keep us on track. We are grateful to Cammie.

Cammie was like our best friend during this process! As first time homebuyers, we weren’t sure what to expect. She was very patient with all of our questions and really helped us navigate through purchasing a home. She took the time to listen to our needs and help us understand the specifics of what we were looking for. We met up for so many showings, she made us feel like we were her only clients! She is very knowledgeable and communicative which helped us feel at ease. Would have no reservation highly recommending Cammie to anyone in the Santa Barbara area.

Cammie is a fantastic agent and you *must* work with her if looking to buy or sell in the greater Santa Barbara area. I was new to the area and Cammie took me around the neighborhoods and explained each area (school district, walkability, noise factors, likely insurance coverage, etc) multiple times as we navigated the popular market. She is a great communicator and can speak to all facets of buying and selling a property. I have looked at some "project" properties and turnkey properties and Cammie talk me through both scenarios and helped bring ideas and solutions for both. She is an absolute pro and is a delight to work with.
