Katie provided exceptional guidance and direction on how to prepare and sell our house during a transitioning market. She gave parameters on pricing the house based on recent trends in our local market and recommended a sales price that ended up being within $5000 of our final sales price (including the effect of negotiations). We had a few issues from inspections and the appraisal process, but she helped us close on time, despite having to leave town before the final closing date. We are thankful for her assistance and wish the best for her business. Selling can be a stressful experience, but Katie simplified the process so that we could sell and transition to another state without losing our minds. I will certainly be recommending her services to any friends that need to move in the Albany/Leesburg, GA area!

Callie was amazing. She was thorough, understanding, attentive, and perseverant. Our home sold in less than a month due to her knowledge and negotiations with the buyer’s agent.
