Katie was phenomenal to work with! I say that without any reservation. Katie worked tirelessly to put us in a home we could only dream of. As a veteran and civil service employee, my family and I’s situation was unique amid a federal hiring freeze and us selling our home in Virginia and moving over 750 miles to Albany. Katie was very responsive always keeping us in the loop and when things did not work out due to seller complications or due to the federal govt she never got discouraged and continued to work with our family for months to ensure we got into the home we wanted! Katie provided exceptional guidance and direction on how to prepare and sell our house during a transitioning market. She gave parameters on pricing the house based on recent trends in our local market and recommended a sales price that ended up being within $5000 of our final sales price (including the effect of negotiations). We had a few issues from inspections and the appraisal process, but she helped us close on time, despite having to leave town before the final closing date. We are thankful for her assistance and wish the best for her business. Selling can be a stressful experience, but Katie simplified the process so that we could sell and transition to another state without losing our minds. I will certainly be recommending her services to any friends that need to move in the Albany/Leesburg, GA area!
