Katie Gatewood is an absolute dynamo in her field. In our initial meeting, she was already making connections for "the right fit" for our home, a 1948 build with complete modernization. Before leaving, she made a call to a competitor who was working with newcomers to the area with a pressing deadline to find housing. Our house had many of the characteristics they sought. I was amazed that Katie's motivation to match our need to sell with a competitor's client's quest for a new home took precedence over her option to sell it herself for maxim personal benefit. This speaks volumes about Katie's character as well as her comprehensive knowledge of the current marketplace. As the deal progressed, there was zero lag time in Katie's succinct communication of tasks and deliverables required of us. The closing happened in just over a month from that first conversation. Everyone was a winner!
