Cain has been our realtor through quite a few transaction. He sold us land and walked us through a complete home building process. He then sold the land for us and helped us purchase our first home. We are now in the process of selling that house. He has been so helpful, very knowledgeable and very responsive. He has worked very hard for us since day 1. I would have never though I would stay with the first realtor I talked to now I will never switch! Thanks for all the hard work Cain!

Cain was out for our best interests as buyers. We knew where his loyalty lied which is a rarity these days! He stuck with us through three offers which fell through. Even though it was discouraging for us, he was upbeat and positive ready to find us "the house." Many realtors would have cut and run, but he never made us feel like a bother but instead treated us like valued customers. We were fortunate to have his services and find the house that we absolutely love!

Positive Notes: Quick Sales of Home Other Notes: Feel like we undersold the home - Couldn't tell if our realtor was trying to encourage us to take a lower offer so it could have quick turnover for him or if 12 days on the market changed the evaluation of the home. Felt like we were constantly bugging him (and receptionist) about things. Would have been nice to get informed of the first 3 showings rather than needing to call for that information. Also, did not receive any staging tips or showing advice. We were on our own. Other things like getting a "For Sale" sign or a "Sold" sign were delayed, which kind of took the joy out of selling. (those are things people look forward to and take pictures with). Overall - Realtor made out better than sellers.

Cain did an amazing job from start to finish. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the local market. He had ideas and mortgage connections that ended up saving me thousands of dollars and got me into a house in the time frame I was hoping for. I was especially impressed by Cain's professionalism and the way he never made me feel silly for asking questions. I would highly recommend Cain to anyone who wants to have a smooth real estate transaction!
