Michelle was Very helpful for a first time home buyer, answered every question I had. And always had time for showings or questions. She had connections with mortgage lenders and insurance brokers that were also very helpful, I wouldn’t use anyone else as my realtor in the future.

Chuck did a great job in the sale of two homes. He was consistent and persistent. His prompt attention to details was amazing and he is very professional. I would highly recommend Chuck, and I would not hesitate to have him, again, as my real estate agent. Great job and well done!

Michelle was absolutely phenomenal for us! This is our second time working with Michelle and our experience with her this round exceeded our expectations (again). She was very responsive, came prepared and was very knowledgable at every turn. Michelle had our back and was willing to go to battle to make sure we were treated fairly. I highly recommend Michelle, she is truly a one of a kind realtor. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of home buying and selling process. The whole Carstensen team are so nice and helpful as well. Michelle's son AJ took amazing pictures of my house. (Thank you AJ for driving 2 hours each way to take the photos, I appreciate it!) A good realtor who has your best interest in mind is hard to come by, but if you choose Michelle that is exactly what you will get. Super kind, professional, timely, knowledgeable, and all around an amazing person. If I buy another home in Minnesota I will definitely be contacting Michelle to help me.
