There are no words to express my gratitude for Brooke. She helped me find my forever home and I am eternally grateful! She goes above and beyond, and makes you feel like you are her only client. She is very responsive and patient, and doesn’t make you feel pressured no matter how many properties she shows you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Brooke helped us buy a home and sell a home. In both situations, she was phenomenal. She clearly explained the process, walked you through each step of the way and made it as painless as possible. I don’t know when she sleeps because she is VERY responsive (and I had lots of questions)!!!! If you’re looking for a realtor that will care about you, Brooke is the realtor for you!

Brooke was incredible. We are first time home buyers and she made the process a great experience. Brooke answered all of our questions and even provided answers for questions we didn't know we had. We couldn't have asked for a more reliable and kind support system and we'll absolutely recommend Brooke to our friends.

Amazing, amazing, amazing, period! Best agent I’ve ever worked with…..and we were working across the country - not easy. She was so fast and responsive with communication. Brooke educated me on area market trends, important attributes of the area, housing challenges for the area, and even what types of internet connectivity was possible at several properties we were looking at (my wife works from home and depends on a fast connection ). I have worked with other realtors across the country , none with Brooke’s customer service level. Moving is so much easier with someone like her in your corner.

Zillow lead us to Brooke as we were purchasing an investment property out of our area. We couldn't have chosen better for ourselves! Brooke was pleasant, prompt, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She was always willing to be present for us through the process when we couldn't and was helpful with answering every question we had . Brooke provided great video and photos for the post inspection repairs as well as providing some local contacts and advice for contractors in the area for future use. I appreciated Brooke's prompt response to our inquiries as not everyone has that skill. We would 100% recommend Brooke for a smooth and pleasant process and a good contact for the area.
