Britta went way beyond our expectation in selling my brother’s condo. Britta helped us find contractors, got the condo ready to sell, something my brother was unable to do because of his medical issues. She stayed in continuous communication with the family. When some unexpected challenges came up she handled them quickly and professionally. I found her to be a very thorough, knowledgeable and likable realtor. Highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Britta is a top-notch realtor. I have worked with Britta on multiple sales and purchases, and plan to continue doing so for all of my future transactions. I'm very particular about the kind of house I love, and they're unconventional, antique homes that make many deals involving them very challenging. Not only is Britta an expert on old homes and a contractor who can help assess potential issues large and small during the process, she is also so familiar with the market, other agents, and the entire area that having her at our side in deals makes us feel so much more comfortable that we're making the right choices. Britta has consistently outperformed what other agents thought they could do for us, and she has gotten us through some extremely stressful negotiations with unwavering calmness and support. Britta is all around a spectacular agent.

Knowledgeable about the market. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Handled everything with ease from signing documents to inspections. Would highly recommend. Called to set up an appointment and she was at my home within a few hours. She didn't make me feel pressured to sign with her right away. Told me to take my time and let her know when/if I was ready to sell. Within a few days she had the listing and the home was under agreement within a week.

Britta was fantastic she stayed with us during the whole process. She is knowledgeable about home systems and structures and a great negotiator. She was responsive to questions. She sold our house and help us find our new home. She made us feel like she had our best interest at the forefront.
