Let me start by saying I have never purchased property. As scary as it is, Brian was truly the perfect person to help us. He was there for us every step of the way and then some. Brian is not somebody who will make you feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. He is incredibly respectful and patient towards what you want since it is such a big decision. Brian is also a great person to bounce ideas off of and very knowledgable about property in both Salem and West Salem. Do not hesitate and call Brian. I will be buying with Brian for as long as we are both around!

Brian was very easy to work with. He was extremely competent and provided excellent guidance throughout the process. He was responsive to questions and would respond quickly. Before the loan could close, an item needed to be fixed and Brian found someone to do the work and coordinated getting it done. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He made the whole selling process painless and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

This was our first time buying a home, and Brian was so helpful throughout the whole process. Extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of good tips and things to think about without ever putting pressure on us. He was very flexible and generous with his time too. Not only that, but he’s also a very kind, genuine person who is fun to be around. Definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a new home!

We had to purchase a home in unusual circumstances. We live in Spain and we wanted a place for our daughter in Salem and I had two weeks to find the place, negotiate and close the sale. I pulled his name out of a hat to call before arriving to ask if it could be done and the confidence he gave me over the phone made me stick with him when I arrived. My confidence was well placed and he got the job done. There was a lot of paperwork to do after I got back to Spain and he made everything clear and easy, made some great suggestions all along the way and, most importantly, gave us the impression at every turn that we could trust his word and that we were in good hands. My daughter is thrilled with the place and we're happy to know she's settled and in a neighborhood where she feels safe. We will always be grateful to Brian for going the extra mile.
