I had the privilege of working with Brian as a first-time homebuyer, and the experience was nothing short of exemplary. Alongside his knowledge and experience, Brian is wonderfully patient and never made me feel like a bother for asking "first-timer" questions. Brian did an outstanding job from start to finish in selling our house. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market trends, and the local area, and the whole process. He gave us excellent advice on some interesting developments in the process. He is great to work with and very responsive. He walked us through a very cool market, and helped us cross the finish line with a good offer. Highly recommended.

Right from the start, we knew Brian would be a great fit for us. Upon initially contacting him, he reached out within hours and worked to set up a convenient time to meet at our house within a couple days. When he came to our house, we could tell that he did extensive prep work and how much he truly cared. He performed an in-depth walkthrough of our home and property, caring about every detail. In all our visit last well over an hour, where other realtors either didn’t take the time to meet with us in person or spent minimal time with us. It was easy to see how invested Brian was in us. Throughout the entire selling process, he was extremely responsive, replying to calls, texts, and emails well into the evening and weekends. He made sure he was available at times that worked for us. He was a very good communicator and was very knowledgeable. If he ever didn’t’ know an answer immediately, he would always ensure he found out and got back to us. With each offer/decision, Brian was very good at laying out all our options/scenarios guiding us through to get to the best decision for us. If he didn’t think a decision was in our best interest, he would be honest and transparent with us. Contrarily, he was always receptive to any constructive criticism and feedback we had for him. After a signed offer, he continued great communication and even offered to help us sell furniture to the buyers and move, load, and haul furniture that was used for staging. We feel we got the best deal we thought was possible and within a timely manner. Overall, we were extremely happy in every aspect with choosing Brian as our realtor. Brian is a great realtor and more importantly, a great person who we would recommend without reservation.

I have worked with Brian for years. He is very knowledgeable and is always available for questions and advice. He walked my siblings and I through every step of the process of selling my mom’s home. I highly recommend him.
