Even given today’s current market slow down, due to high interest rates, Brian positioned our home utilizing a combination of the right marketing tools that began attracting prospective buyers. This was my second time dealing with Brian -- he helped in the purchase of the house I sold. Brian is smart, experienced and is a master at reading the market. He has a way of calming ruffled egos and calmly negotiating the best possible deal for his clients. I think he would make a great Ambassador. The timing of my sale was not the best as interest rates had begun climbing. Brian priced the house correctly for the market and was very transparent in telling me the possible difficulties we might be facing. I am very happy with the final outcome and I would use Brian again in a heartbeat. I

I recently had the pleasure to work with Brian for the sale of my mother's home in Brentwood. He went above and beyond what I've experienced with other realtors over the years. Most importantly, he is VERY responsive via text, phone, and email. We were also kept in the loop when there were interested buyers. He pays attention to detail and knows the area extremely well. This helps both buyers and sellers as he knows the area's sales history, neighborhoods, etc. The process to close the home was very well run, from his negotiations to his presence at the title company to ensure everything went well when signing the closing documents. This was a nice touch for my widowed mother as she felt comfortable signing and he was there to answer any question that arose. Also, Brian is warm and approachable and puts you at ease when dealing with the stress of a home sale. He also was able to provide recommendations of great vendors to help get the house ready for sale (paint, window cleaning, etc). I highly recommend Brian Sharp.

Not enough stars for the professionalism he demonstrated in our real estate transaction! Brian responded quickly to any communication, and made the entire process go smoothly from beginning to end. He is a true professional and his entire staff is wonderful!
