I’ve used Brian 3x-to buy a house years ago, then in late 2022 & early 2023 to sell that house and buy a new one (new construction this time). He has 30+ yrs experience, knows the area, the market, and the housing exceptionally well, and is very easy to work with.

Brian did an excellent job in helping us purchase our house in the Panhandle of West Virginia. He is true gentleman with great local knowledge. Brian was very accessible and responsive. We exchanged many texts and emails to work out the details. He also provided recommendations for subcontractors such as home inspectors and surveyors that we used to provide us the assurance we needed. He has lists of proven subcontractors that have served him well over his 27+ years. His advice on the small things to look out for was invaluable. If you read this review, you simply cannot go wrong with Brian as your representative.

Brian sold my house for well over the asking price!!! He then assisted me in purchasing my new home in a very competitive buying market. Very knowledgeable. Very responsive.
