HORRIBLE experience w this company. Realtor Eaton Lindsay did nothing, she lied did not show up the day buyer was at my door, I showed buyer everything n then she show up 2 hrs later n never showed up at closing date but I paid $ 3300 commission. I called owner n he became defensive, disrespectful. Will never recommend to my worst enemy.

Madison Benedetto, who works for the Downing Group, is an extraordinarily good realtor. We hired her to help us find and buy our forever “dream home”. Ms. Benedetto is mentally sharp, incisive, patient, tactful, taciturn when appropriate, highly knowledgeable, an incredibly hard worker, and amazingly responsive to the needs of her clients. She possesses the perfect combination of equanimity and the appropriate level of aggression on behalf of her clients. Ms. Benedetto is incredibly honest and always keeps her clients’ best interests in mind. For example, when showing us properties, she was excellent at pointing out faults we had not noticed so that we were fully informed when making a decision about purchasing certain properties. Her entire focus was on getting the best home for us, and absolutely NOT on just “closing the sale”. In addition, she has a wealth of contacts that made the process of buying a home far easier than it might otherwise be. We were both incredibly happy and fortunate to have Ms. Benedetto as our realtor. Using her as our realtor was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Hire her. Today.
