Ms. Benedetto is mentally sharp, incisive, patient, tactful, taciturn when appropriate, highly knowledgeable, an incredibly hard worker, and amazingly responsive to the needs of her clients. She possesses the perfect combination of equanimity and the appropriate level of aggression on behalf of her clients. Ms. Benedetto is incredibly honest and always keeps her clients’ best interests in mind. For example, when showing us properties, she was excellent at pointing out faults we had not noticed so that we were fully informed when making a decision about purchasing certain properties. Her entire focus was on getting the best home for us, and absolutely NOT on just “closing the sale”. In addition, she has a wealth of contacts that made the process of buying a home far easier than it might otherwise be. Lindsay was available and responsive from the first time I reached out to her to help us find the perfect home for my son. It was a complicated transaction as my husband and I were out of state and my son was local. She recommended a local lender who was able to get us approved in a day. Overall great experience. I worked with TJ Downing to find a home in the Columbia area. TJ was super responsive, immediate replies back to text messages, emails, calls, even late into the evening. TJ took the time to show me the homes I was interested in driving all over Columbia till we found the right one. Being new to the home buying process, TJ was super helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a home in the area don't hesitate to ask for him.
