Trey Ballard, is a true professional. His expertise made the selling process go as smooth as possible. Trey,helped me get the repairs finished, that I needed. He knew exactly what had to be done setting up the Open House for the potential buyers. He was always available for quick advice and to answer any questions. Brittany Eastwood has helped us buy two home and sell one home in Southern California and all three transactions couldn’t have gone better or ran smoother. Brittany’s communication and work ethic is unmatched, we would ask to see a house at 8 pm and we would be looking at the house the next day no questions asked. Her knowledge of the market is always up to date, the most valuable asset is her responsiveness to calls, texts, and emails. I will continue to work with Brittany on future homes and investments.

Brittany was an AMAZING realtor to have on our side. Being first time home buyers we had no idea where to begin and Brittany helped us in every way imaginable. She was very attentive to all of the things needed on our end & able to reach at any time. Any questions that arose she was able to answer or quickly be able to find the answer for us. Her great persistence helped us to be able to get our first home! I would 110% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Absolutely amazing agent! Extremely professional and very responsive. She help me buy a home in one of the most competitive and difficult real estate markets. I could tell she had significant experience and expertise since she was able to develop creative ideas to ensure that we were able to have our offer excepted and places in a great position to buy a wonderful home at an amazing price. She is the best agent I have ever worked with and I’m looking now to buy a second home and she’s the only person I could imagine collaborating with on my home purchases.
