The Compass realtor we were working with in Pasadena connected us with Zach when we decided to expand our condo search to the southeast Valley. Zach was immediately responsive, sharing his knowledge of Studio City, Sherman Oaks and other nearby communities. He explained that his approach to realty, particularly for out-of-state buyers like ourselves, was to protect us from getting into things that might cause grief later on. And that’s what he did. Zach was quick to visit the properties we were interested in and report back on their pros and cons, including the condition of the condo, quality of any improvements, reputation of the neighborhoods, and the amount of traffic on the streets. One of the benefits of working with Zach is that he is a member of the Top Agent Network (TAN). For us, this meant Zach was able to show us a condo that was off market. It proved to be just what we were looking for, and we were able to make an offer without the stress of having to compete against multiple offerers. We recently worked with Zach to purchase our condo in Playa Vista. After living in the suburbs for over a year, we knew it wasn't the right fit for us. Being newish to the LA area, we weren't sure where to go. Zach was a great sounding board - helping us to figure out what we wanted in our next neighbourhood and home. We're making the reverse move of most young families, so we really appreciated that Zach listened to our needs rather than suggesting we stay further out in the suburbs. We found Zach's expertise helpful throughout the entire process, but really appreciated how he guided us through the offer process. We never felt pressured to offer more than what felt right to us. Additionally, our family has specific cultural needs, and it was easy for us to chat with Zach about those. We don't hope to move anytime soon, but when we do, we look forward to working with Zach again.

Zach was amazing! He found the perfect home for my brother to purchase. My brother does not use the internet so it was a challenge. Zach was very patient and supportive during the process.
