We hired Brenda to represent the sale of our home, one we had been in for 20 years. She had the vision, marketing, and staging contacts we needed to update and maximize our listing. Brenda has a great blend of excellent knowledge of the local market, process, but also very useful team aside for the financing (a pre-approval on a Sunday in a few hours, crazy!), house inspector, electrical specialist and so on. So Brenda has been of great help buying our new home in Newton centre (MA), in addition taking into account that we are foreigners and therefore with no knowledge of the local processes. We highly recommend.
