Brenda was phenomenal to work with - extremely patient, always responsive and never rushed us into a decision. Brenda is a local to Lake Placid and has an intimate understanding of the area and all the wonderful dynamics the area has to offer. We would be thrilled to work with Brenda again!

Brenda was extremely helpful during our first home-buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout, from initial search and viewings to inspection to closing, and even after with recommendations for local resources. Highly recommend working with her if you're looking in the Lake Placid area!

Brenda is amazing...she guided us through every step of a complicated sell/buy situation, actively and thoughtfully leading us through the listing of our property and giving us advice and supporting us at every step of the ways selling, then the same energy and thoughtfulness and professionalism on the buying end. We are fortunate to live in an area where the real estate market is very hot, and Brenda helped us not to get out over our skis while at the same time helping us get our asking price.

Brenda was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely efficient. She went above and beyond for us and always responded immediately when we had questions or concerns. Everyone warned us buying our first house would be a stressful, hard time. Brenda made it easy and it went very smoothly. Even after closing, she checked in on us and took care of leftover situations. I want to keep her forever.

Working with Brenda was a fantastic experience. Brenda was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to any request we had. It’s always stressful buying a new home but Brenda made the overall experience manageable and reassuring.
