He helped us sell our home and negotiated quite a bit more than asking price for it. In addition he helped us sell a commercial building and a residential rental property. Brandon was our agent from afar, helping us navigate the challenge of finding and buying a home while we were still living across the country. This required having an agent we could trust and that was capable of digital-first communication, as we were required to make educated decisions about any given home without being able to see it first-hand. Brandon was always willing to accommodate us, and showed us homes across a wide ranging budget, since location was of primary importance for us. He always did his due diligence when evaluating a home and it's price, never pressuring us to make an offer if we weren't completely satisfied. The closing process was smooth, and we couldn't be happier with our new home!

Brandon was so easy to work with. I felt like Brandon negotiated unbelievably well on our behalf. Getting a better purchase price on our new place than expected. His knowledge for todays market is on point! Highly recommend him to anyone. Brandon even helped my daughter purchase her first home. With Brandon’s in-site, I’m so happy she walked away from the first place and purchased the second house she found!
