Josh was outstanding with both buying and selling processes for us. All the details were handled with minimal effort on our part. We had a family emergency the day before our closing and I was unavailable to attend the closing. Josh arranged for me to sign my documents with a notary that worked out perfectly. He had never had to do that before but it was flawless and I was able to take care of my family. I will always be grateful to him for ALL of his efforts on our behalf and would recommend his services highly.
