Josh was amazing helping us buy our first house. He was very knowledgeable in all areas. Being our first time, it was very confusing and intimidating trying to jump through all hoops to get the right house. From viewings, to closing he was there with us through every step. He kept his word on everything and allowed us to go at our own pace without feeling like we had to jump on any house we saw. He is always responsive, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed all the way through post closing. His many years of experience brought more than just house hunting to the table. He has a contact for everything which became one of the most important things to have when we started the closing process. We will absolutely be using Josh again in the future. If you want someone who is patient and will put your needs before all else, then this is your guy!
