Brandon Haft came highly recommended, to sell my home in Northridge, CA. It was a crazy time to put a house on the market, right in the middle of COVID. But Brandon said, “What’s the worse that can happen, if it doesn’t sell we pull it off”. I wholeheartedly agreed. Also, time was of the essence, as I desperately wanted to make a move to Colorado, and do it before the fall season... Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate, and has a vast amount of experience in flipping homes. He has amazing taste in home Design, and was able to guide me with what things I should do to my home before we list it. I trusted Brandon, and found him very enjoyable to be around. He made me laugh a lot, which is really a good thing when you are stressed to the max. He also was nice enough to find me a Realtor in Colorado. Brandon went above and beyond, especially during negotiations and a bidding war on my home. He got me numerous offers way above listing!
