Boyd was absolutely amazing to work with. We are in a very unfamiliar situation moving to DC, but Boyd and Carol were both great to work with and helped us find our dream home. Boyd was always brutally honest about any issues he noticed in the homes he toured for us, so when he said we found a good house we knew we actually had a great one. It never felt like he was just trying to get a sale from us, and he was extremely personable and fun to work with

Boyd and his team were fantastic. They helped make the stressful process of buying a house pain free and pleasant. We didn’t know the area and they helped find all the right people for inspections and provided us with a list of people we can use in the future. They were quick to respond to all correspondence and were very knowledgeable on the real estate market. I highly recommend Boyd and his team when it comes to buying a house.

What can i say other than Boyd was a pleasure and an advocate to do everything in his power to get us the home we have! Availability unparalleled, patience and knowledge coupled with advice on any questions we had. There are a lot of things going on in the real estate market and Boyd knows the ins and outs. He negotiated for us and could tell us when something wasn't all that it seemed to be. I really appreciated his flexibility and expertise.

Mr Boyd, did an wonderful job assisting us finding a home! His expertise and knowledge of properties and geographic locations are spot on. He was also patient, and an all around gentleman. I truly admired Boyd's determination to find me an my family a home!
