Boyd was hands-down the best real estate agent we could have asked for. From the jump, he helped us tour about seven houses in just a week, faster than I can decide what to eat for dinner. He pointed out both the good and the “uh-oh” details in every home, which saved us from making some first-time buyer mistakes. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, and we appreciated that honesty more than he probably realizes. He was extremely easy to talk to, no awkward salesy vibes, just real conversation.
