Bobbie Burey is a pro. That's the best compliment I could give someone in sales. At our first meeting she listened to our goals, asked us about all the highlights of our home, the development and the city, and then to our surprise she then laid out a complete marketing plan on how to market our property. She knew exactly what similar homes were selling for, what we should price our home at and even told us how long it would take her! She then staged our home perfectly and took terrific pictures! We signed a contract with her and 16 days later our home was sold for only $2,000 off asking price. The document process was simple, clear and concise. She made everything very understandable and never rushed us. Her negotiating skills were fantastic, we were willing to accept the initial offer and she ended up getting us more money. We would recommend her without reservation to anyone that wants to have a top tier experience in selling and/or buying a home!
