We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Laura Marotta from the Amanda Pohlman Team at Keller Williams Living. Moving is never easy, but she was the best part of the experience. She put us at ease, got to know us, and was there for us every step of the way. She came prepared in her first meeting with an abundance of research to give us a good idea of what to expect. She was an expert in knowing how we could best neutralize our colorful house and get the best price for it. Her staging choices were perfection, and she did get us a great deal because of her excellent advice. When any issue arose, she was there to be a calm guide through navigating any hurdle. Laura was gifted with a keen mind for business, and only matched by her delightful sense of humor, which was also very welcome as we traversed this complicated process. She was always quick to respond to any questions that we had, operating at a supreme level of professionalism with a vast knowledge base of the business. From day one, Laura understood our needs, and she clearly communicated them to other parties throughout the entire process. We never had to repeat ourselves. We felt heard and cared for. Karen was an outstanding realtor. She was very responsive and answered our texts day and night. Karen was patient and knowldegable. In addition, she is a friendly and kind person. During negotiations, Karen was tough but fair. She represented us well. She also had patience when helping us find a new home. I would highly recommend Karen.

Laura is a rockstar. She is incredibly diligent, responsive, and genuinely kind. Add to this that she is deeply knowledgeable about the Cleveland metro area real estate market. Laura was able to secure us a home in an incredibly competitive neighborhood and represented our interests every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.

This is my third time purchasing a home and I can say that on every measure, Laura is absolutely the best. Her knowledge of local real estate and the homebuying process is incomparable. She also knows how houses are built, and that knowledge helped me as a buyer appreciate the differences between the homes I was viewing. She communicates all of this in clear and honest fashion. I did not feel like Laura was just telling me what I wanted to hear, but I understood that she always had my best interests in mind. This was also apparent during the short but meaningful negotiations with the seller. She's easy to talk to, always responsive.
