We can't say enough good things about our amazing buyers' agent, Ashley, along with Michael, who helped closing go smoothly, and the whole team at Pohlman. We needed to buy a house quickly, from out of state, and in a particular area ... Ashley kept an eye out for just the right property and arranged for video tours! We were especially impressed during one tour when she counseled us, "This is not quite the right house for you ... we will find one that better fits your needs!" And she did. We are in our new house now and could not be happier. Real estate transactions always involve some degree of uncertainty and a lot of trust, but because of our special circumstances, we needed to trust our agent completely and rely on her wisdom and experience. Ashley came through with flying colors. She's not only good at her job, she is a lovely person with great empathy and a sense of humor. We'd give her 10 stars any day!

Laura was just wonderful. Always ready to answer any questions I needed answering. Keeping me updated and notifying me of any changes that would occur.
