Bob was really wonderful to work with in buying our home. He's a great communicator, listened to our needs, and we felt very comfortable working with and trusting in him. My wife and I spoke to a few local realtors in the area where we wanted to sell our house. We did not feel comfortable with anyone of them. We then found Bob Miller Real Estate located out of Lake Placid NY Bob was impressive with his knowledge and experience in the area . When we were ready to sell he listed our home Bob listed the price more than we expected however not unrealistic. Because of this the home sold quickly at full asking price. We could not have been more pleased. Bob is a true professional. When ever we needed to communicate with him we would send him a text and always got a response with urgency. If I needed to sell another property Bob Miller Real Estate Inc would be my first phone call. We sincerely and strongly recommend him.
