Bob will go above and beyond when you list your property with him. He sold a vacation home for us. In our absence he would check the home inside and out frequently and even plugged in and set our dehumidifier when needed. and shut it down when not needed. A great person and Realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone who wants a stress free experience!

Bob goes above and beyond. He is honest, straight-forward, and professional. Bob handled our very simple lot sale that turned into a nightmare because of an inexperienced hot-shot attorney but Bob stuck with it and made sure our interests were protected.

Bob was an excellent agent for us as we looked for a new home in a very hot market. He answered every inquiry from us quickly and met us for every showing prepared and on time. Bob was not afraid to give us opinions on the properties so we could make decisions based on facts and not emotions. When we found our perfect home, Bob made sure to communicate regularly to make sure there were no issues through closing. We were extremely happy at the service Bob provided us.
