Bahareh was amazing. She and her Team visited, oversaw, had staged and sold our home. They were simply amazing. Professional, effective, direct and timely in advise, discussions and suggestions as to the sell of our property. Attention to detail both at our home as well as navigating the closing process and its many parts. I would strongly recommend and if ever the need arise again, we will most certainly use the skills Bahareh and her Team bring to the table. Five Stars!

If you are looking to sell or buy a property in the Coachella Valley, we couldn’t recommend BBS Brokers highly enough. We can hardly believe our good fortune in finding the three sisters that make up the team of BBS Brokers. They went above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for in a real estate brokerage. We live in New Mexico and needed to sell my wife’s parents lovely Palm Desert home in Ironwood Country Club. Her parents had passed away and, not being golfers, we had no desire to keep it. Now, this was a very emotional decision as we also had another property to sell in Colorado at the same time and these homes had been part of my wife’s life for 30 and 61 years respectively. It was also a logistical challenge to sell two properties in two states different from the one we live in. In come Bahareh, Bita and Sara to the rescue. They not only helped us with the sale (and did so during off-season to boot), but they also helped us get the place ready to sell. We needed to do a lot to get the home ready to list and the BBS team offered their help and they each went above and beyond. Heck, their mom even helped! They reassured my wife that if we got the personal effects out, they would take care of removing everything else to make sure the property showed its best. Not only did they coordinate the removal of unwanted items, they also coordinated with workers to do final painting and other repairs and even a locksmith to open my in-laws safe. They did a stellar job of staging the home and if that were not enough, they found a treasure trove of receipts from a major remodel that is helping us out with our capital gain taxes. Throughout the process the sisters were always responsive and informative. They kept us up to date on what was going on with regular communications. They were also so very understanding of the emotional turmoil of this situation and so very kind and gentle with my wife in a turbulent time. We would recommend BBS completely and without hesitation.

I am so thankful for the wonderful team of Bahareh, Bita and Sara at BBS Brokers Realty. The whole experience of selling a house is complex and throughout the process, I was provided with detailed information of each step. I received explanations that helped me understand my role as a seller especially during this market. I was supported, reassured and provided professionalism and kindness throughout each step. Aside from the legal processes, it is important to have a company that values the emotional connection one has to a house and how much it requires to deal with the stress and complexity. I am grateful to this team for orchestrating such a positive, caring, and attention to detail that they have. Most importantly, they sold my house in a short amount of time and especially loved how they had contractors to help address some of the fixes of the house inspection but the way they modeled our home made it much more attractive. Thank you, especially to Bahareh, for serving as the lead and keeping me in the loop and sending me kind reminders to finish a step here and there. I am going to miss our home but thankful that it is now in legally in the hands of a family that is going to enjoy it even more. You were amazing and highly recommend you and your team for setting the experience so extraordinary and excellent in service and knowledge plus customer care.
