As first-time homebuyers, we were understandably nervous and had what felt like a million questions. From the very beginning, Bill Sargeson was incredibly thorough, kind, and patient. He walked us through every single step of the process with clarity and care. Thanks to Bill, there were no surprises. He made sure we understood exactly what we were getting ourselves into, and he never once made us feel like we were asking too much or taking up too much of his time. One thing we especially appreciated was Bill’s honesty as we toured the many (and I mean many) homes during our search. He NEVER tried to push a sale. He was upfront about whether a property was a smart investment or not, and always had our best interests at heart. That level of integrity is something we deeply respected and valued. We had a less-than-ideal experience with a different realtor before working with Bill, and he truly saved the day. The difference was night and day. Bill made us feel informed, empowered, and at ease the entire way through. Not only am I proud to call Bill our realtor, but I’m even happier to now call him a friend. There’s a reason we kept saying throughout the process: “We will with Bill!” If you’re looking for someone who will treat you with respect, advocate for you, and go above and beyond, Bill is your guy.

Bill was exceptional helping me find a home. his expertise in the process was extremely helpful which helped me. As I began my search through to closing his advice was spot on and was never pushy or tried to "sell me" a house, rather helped me find my home. I will recommend Bill not just to a friend but to any person that is thinking of buying a house.

As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no clue what steps to take and when to take them. Bill made each step of the way extremely easy and kept me well informed of what I needed to do through my home buying process. Additionally, the first thing Bill did was walk me through what I should expect and even provided examples of paperwork that I would be seeing throughout my home buying process so I knew what to look for when it came to closing. Bill went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and I was satisfied! I absolutely would recommend everybody to work with Bill. Thanks again Bill for helping me purchase my first home!

Bill is a great broker. Patient, diligent, responsive and knowledgeable are what I think of him working with us through buying a home. He’s always available for any questions and that made this process a lot easier. If you are considering him or his agency’s services you will not be disappointed.

Bill was very patient during our year long search. When we did find a home to purchase he made the process extremely simple and convenient. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If I ever have to purchase another home Bill is the first person I would call.
