Bill was amazing!! Extremely easy to work with and very knowledgable. He made the process very smooth for us. I also appreciated how available he made himself. He was showing us a couple homes one day and we mentioned wanting to schedule a time to look at a house that was over an hour away, and he said lets go now! So we drove straight to that house and it turned out to be the one!! If he hadn't of been so spontaneous with us, we could have missed out on our home. Thank you Bill!!

Bill was by far the best Realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Bill was involved in every aspect of the purchase of our new home, walked us through each step of the process. He was informative when we had questions, always available to set up an appointment and meet us there. He managed to get an owner of an unlisted house to sell to us our dream home that was being rented out. Even after the purchase of house, Bill was always available to talk through items still pending with the owner. If you are reading this and wondering if you should call Bill, I would highly recommend you do!

I will tell you this straight out about Bill Amman. I found a house and had Bill give the owners a price. I got a phone call the next night at 8:30PM from Bill saying the owners had other offers that were better than mine. Bill drove from Monroe to Lake Stevens that night and arrived at my home at 9:30PM to go over a new game plan. We submitted a new offer and guess what? I now own that home. Bill went out of his way to make sure that I did not lose out on something that I wanted. Thanks Bill!!
