We connected with Betsy via Zillow and from the first time we spoke via phone she was very positive and extremely helpful when it came to local information- we were moving from Fort Collins to Montrose... so trying to buy without being in Montrose yet. She also responded very quickly to any questions we had and she kept us updated via e-mail with all important documents throughout the buying process. She’s a very kind person and easy to work with!

My sales experience with Betsy Spitzer at Berkshire Hathaway could not have been better. My land was listed and sold at the asking price within a matter of months. Betsy was always on top of any issues or unknowns and would resolve the matter immediately. She was always just a phone call away, regardless of the time day or night, and would keep me in the loop with information and results. I would highly recommend her as the agent to contact with any real estate need you may have.

Could have asked for anyone better! She followed us from Olathe, Kinikin to Log Hill. In the snow when no one else would. Always kept in contact with us even on her vacation .
