Stephan did an outstanding job assisting us with both the purchase of our new condo AND with the sale of our home. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a purchase strategy, potential future resale and conducting full negotiations on our behalf. Stephan's detailed walk thru of our existing home was spot on in assessment of the value and sale price expected, which was successfully achieved. Stephan was involved in all aspects of both purchase and sale. He was friendly, responsive and attentive along the closing process. Stephan also was able to execute the entirety of the project in a very short timeline, 6 weeks, using his network of lenders, inspectors, appraisers and associates. Staphan was great to deal with. We took almost a year to get ready selling our home-Stephan was always a call or text message away with any questions. He helped us throughout the update process by providiving hints and tips towards materials/colors/finishes. When it came time to actually sell, we had a very tight deadline to meet. Stephan was locked and ready to execute the listing, and was able to secure a solid buyer at our ask price. Thank you Stephan selling our home thus allowing us to purchase our dream property.
